Pros: The things that I like most is that every day is challenging amd rewarding. As a sous pastry chef I learn more and more each day. There are always ways to make the food I present better and more satisfying.
Cons: The least thing I like about my job is when I make mistakes as I want everything to be perfect every day.also the fact I dont have much time to see my partner as she works 9-5 hour days.

Pros: There is something different to do everyday. You don't fall into the daily routine of work, eat, sleep. You taste different things almost everyday. It allows you to travel.
Cons: The hours. The strenuous physical work. The treatment according to the hierarchy.
