January 2019
Parts Specialist:
I am very happy in my current role and I enjoy working for Pengate.. I've given some thought to training courses that would improve my skills or help me develop leadership capabilities. The priority of my job tasks vary according to the business cycle, I like not doing the same thing every day and learning something new every day.

Parts Specialist:
I have worked here many years & helped this company grow into what it is today. There is good & bad in that growth. Good leadership from the CEO down. Sometimes I feel overlooked as if the new people with two years experience can do whatever I can do. But I think that is today's culture everywhere. Good benefits & we are treated much better than other forklift companies from what I hear.
