Paralegal Field.
Paralegal or Legal Assistant:
Pros: I enjoy the fact that I can interact with people and try to meet their needs in the legal arena. It can be from helping a client, potential client, or co-worker. The idea is to meet the need.
Cons: I think that people should focus on others, rather than being self absorbed. Sometimes in this profession, people do not think of other people's strengths. They only see how they want things done and that is it.

February 2016
Paralegal or Legal Assistant:
Pros: Helping people and perks at the job. My boss also buys holiday gifts for the office, if I need time off it's easy, and boss is more centered to work performance not just hours in the office . I am given opportunities to network and train as well and continue to improve in the job and to be more marketable.
Cons: Stress sometimes with deadlines and getting needed papers from clients.

So Easy To Stay Too Long.
Paralegal or Legal Assistant:
Ask yourself what you like about the work (besides the money, job security, or things of that nature). Do you enjoy the work itself. It can be grueling.
