It’s like walking on eggshells. It didn’t use to be that way but children today are changing in a negative curve because parents are taking the time to spend with their kids.

Pros: My team is very family oriented. My boss, Sally Black is remarkable. She is the one that keeps us all coming back with her positive feedback, education and will to never give up.
Cons: Administration never really listens. They think they know what’s best, when never really working/living in the staff members role.
