R peoples work cause they dont know how to paint and good painters get send to clean other idiots work sorry for the insult but it is true.

Pros: That my boss is not over my shoulder n trustest me in doin my work and does believe that i always give it 100% on the job. And Mark is a lieant man to work with.
Cons: The young kids that he hires and they dont know how to paint. Or other workers he has like mostly the guys that been here well they have their family members. That dont know how to work

Painter in Boston:
Unfortunately nothing good to tell. Extremely LOW PAY, no paid time off, no holidays because of this Earned Time structure they have it's awful. You have to pay yourself when it's a holiday. Example when it's a holiday 8 hours comes out of your time for there holidays. You have to pay yourself they don't pay you? Don't know how this is even legal. Very mismanaged and communication is about the worst I have ever seen in my 30 plus years in a hospital environment.
