Organizational Development Specialist in Indianapolis:
Byrider has provided an opportunity to work on a variety of projects to grow my skillset. The balance of autonomy and support from leadership is appreciated. As in any company, there are some challenging dynamics and on occasion conflicting priorities - but overall it's been a great place to work.

Easy Commute & good cost of living.
Organizational Development Specialist in Tulsa:
Pros: I grew up in the area - so for me it has been exciting to see the development of downtown and for me in Broken Arrow. Cost of living has always been a HUGE selling point for this area. We have team members coming in and out every month...One of the things that are always said about BA/Tulsa is that there are always food options. For those team members they ONLY have the option of eating out, so it is nice to have so many options...and for the most part very affordable.
Cons: The main downside for me in Tulsa and most of the surrounding areas (they are working on it but still have a long way to go) is the accessability to public transportation and the ability to ride your bike...or as you call it even "walkability". If you are on brookside, riverside, & some downtown...you may be good. But anywhere else it is a no go! I used to live less than 3 miles from my office, but due to the road & shoulder condition riding my bike to work was never an option. I have access to the creek path now...however this can only be used for leisure or exercise. I would never be able to take it to work or anywhere else. Can't wait until we are a more bike friendly city!
September 2015
All good.
Organizational Development Specialist:
Pros: Variety.
Cons: Too much.
