Cons: It can be stressful and as a small local business compared to a large corporation so while it brings a different flexibility it also means pay and increases aren’t always a large as you may hope. But they are transparent in the research they pull for salaries and they are always actively working to provide more for employees in both compensation and other benefits

Started well but...
Optician in Knightdale:
Pros: My relationships with the patients and being a product buyer for the company.
Cons: Lindsay Williamson the operations director is a racist and has no idea how to run a company. Policy issues. Immense unfairness. Overt discrimination and the doctor that started the practice is also a flagrant racist.
