Be flexible.
Operations Technician:
Always allow yourself to be open to new ideas and learning. Don't fight being moved around because the more you learn the better off you'll be in the long run. Show initiative and be available for new opportunities. Always read directions, even if you think you already know what the directions address because there may be a couple of small details you overlook that are important. Also, understand there are a lot of different personalities in the work place and to give those the benefit of the doubt. They may be just like they are, even if it's against how you were raised or trained.
