Pros: Keeping shelves full for the needs of the community. I like to see team work and positive results at the end of the day.
Cons: When workers take jobs for granted and a unsanitary store.

Cons: Inconsistent hours, heavily emotionally draining.

Pros: Great team effort from all different areas in the company in order to deploy the projects. Knowledge on how to handle projects in different countries.
Cons: Sometimes it is difficult because you face different cultures on how they approach the work and also many different internal processes in each country.

Therefor a degree such as a Bachelors of Business Administration will provide a candidate with the perfect balance of exposure to business and an understanding of how it operates. Other skills relating to manufacturing or cost control, etc. Can be obtained through further education.
