Cons: Sometimes it is difficult because you face different cultures on how they approach the work and also many different internal processes in each country.

Therefor a degree such as a Bachelors of Business Administration will provide a candidate with the perfect balance of exposure to business and an understanding of how it operates. Other skills relating to manufacturing or cost control, etc. Can be obtained through further education.
