One of the best jobs I've ever had.
Operations Administrator in Sauget:
Pros: I enjoy the fact that I have finally found a place that appreciates my hard work and attention to detail. It is very much a team atmosphere. I get to use my brain and my brawn.
Cons: As with any place of employment, there are those who feel they should be paid for showing up. I work hard and I expect the same from others.

I learned the day to day operations in different departments.
Operations Administrator:
Pros: I mostly liked the interaction of all levels of operations, and the cross functioning of the different positions they incouraged us to learn.
Cons: The lack of respect by some management to it employees.

Operations Administrator:
Pros: I like most about my position as an opertations administrator is my involment and co-management of projects as well as supporting crew achieve their goals. My day is filled with organizing, assisting and informing staff about new and existing projects. I am active on my computer updating job cards or on the phone receiving and making calls to clients and suppliers, tracking and monitoring project stages from start to finish, handling cash to purchase project supplies and supervise office cleaning and sales staff. I like active involvement and the completion of tasks set by the chief engineer and clients.
Cons: I like least the heavy stress, demand and pressure we can experience but with the work pace building up, we do overcome by watching the movement of ourselves so that we can manage the stress and pressure of work when work is demanding.
