Meaningless Churn and Burn.
Operations Administrator in San Antonio:
Pros: I enjoy the freedom I am afforded to do my work without being micromanaged.
Cons: The work I do does not result in meaningful change. I am asked to analyze data, which I provide, but it is ignored unless it aligns with what management already has decided to do. It's the biggest and most frustrating waste of time.

Herding Cats All Day Everyday.

Pros: I enjoy the exposure to many different aspects of the business. I have a hand in HR, Accounting, people management, data analysis, process improvement, project management, training, and administration. I enjoy the variation in my day to day tasks.
Cons: I don't like that I have no direct influence over decisions that are made. I feel helpless and unvalued by my employer.
