On-Air Talent Reviews
What is it like working as an On-Air Talent?
February 2021
In a business of communication, there is little to no communication.
On-Air Talent in Knoxville:
Pros: I enjoy working as an on air personality but feel I am not appreciated for my talent, especially in that I am a female. I am one of only a handful of females in a male dominated company and I am treated as inferior simply because of my gender, yet I am asked to do as much if not more, although I am paid less than most.
Cons: I am paid and appreciated the least.

On-Air Talent in Casper:
Pros: Production
Cons: Digital content. It doesn’t make me feel good about what I do. And it doesn’t make a difference in my community.
