Pros: Making a difference
Cons: The struggle to maintain safety, minimize Workers' Comp Injuries and lack of promotional opportunity.

Safety and Health of workers comes first.
Occupational Nurse:
Pros: Medical surveillance, to do Medical examinations, Audio, Spiro gram and vision testing. Blood testing for lead exposure. To look after employees safety. Hygiene survey with doctor and Risk assessments. Computer work monthly reports and data capturing.
Cons: The high lead levels in factory, concerning me. High totals of people coming in for Entries once and exits at once. High volume of work in only 5 hours per day.

I Am Very Flexible, Helping Out If Someone Is Not There
Occupational Nurse:
Pros: Doing nursing which is really my career. Manage people who really knows what is teamwork.
Cons: To be managed by someone who doesn't have the qualifications. Favoritism which is really breaking me.
