Nursery Worker:
Be very organised, Be selfish to get you time out to keep up with paperwork, or you will be taking work home at least every other week. Be prepared to do most of your Termly reports at home. Be prepared for lack of staff or relief staff who do not know the business of looking after children, Be aware of all policies pertaining to children, regarding their education, health, food. Have a few plans in place that you can quickly put in place to cover emergencies.

Pros: Seeing the children develop and grow. Flexible with my children.
Cons: Very tiring, not good wages, stressful.
