You have to really LOVE your job!
Nurse Coordinator (RN) in Columbus:
Pros: My director, and flexible schedule.
Cons: No clear communication at any level, no standards of care that are hard wired, no accountability at any level. Administration does not want to hear any problems, they only want the positive, they are truly disconnected on what is going on at the bedside and with the actual patients and the patient care.
October 2019
Great opportunities, room for improvement with culture and engagement.
Nurse Coordinator (RN) in Owensboro:
Pros: Lots of job opportunities due to turnover. Can change positions relatively quick if you are willing to look past some of the leadership professionals.
Cons: Low pay- non-negotiable compensation department. Town hall meetings tell people how lucky we are to work here, however fail to implement proper interventions for improving employee culture. High turnover causes more stress than necessary.
