Cons: The home life balance can be difficult. At times things like reviews and evaluations are overlooked due to the heavy workload of those who are the best workers.

Pros: The best thing about working in Phoenix is the weather. We are hot for 5 months out of the year, but the other 7 are great!
Cons: The thing I like least about working in Phoenix is the summers. I work outside and in people's homes. It is not ideal to climb a pole or in an attic when it is 115 degrees outside.
