Pros: The people and the experience I'm obtaining, plus the benefits are amazing
Cons: Lack of management communication, rewarding lackluster efforts for brown-nosers, cultural differences are apparent and if you're not from India you're not taken seriously or paid appropriately, they're skirting around overtime laws by claiming Fluctuating Workweek Method of calculating overtime even though scheduled hours don't fluctuate.

Cons: Well below average pay, immediate management communication is severely lacking, no recognition for hard work, and they are trying to skirt around the law regarding overtime for salaried non-exempt employees who have set non-fluctuating weekly schedules.
