Cons: Invasion of privacy by tourism, outside entitlement and rudeness of people who visit and level of noise on my once quiet street.

Started out great until new Japanese company took over operations. Had to agree to a pay cut to keep job with empty/difficult bonus plan that never paid out until my position was eliminated. Go figure. Run for the hills. Toxic work environment where you are not allowed to say anything other than yes.

Cons: There is a lack of culture and activity beyound drinking and eating.
