Cons: The opportunities for a salary increase are nonexistent, only determined by a small percentage each year instead of a percentage based on what I've contributed.

Mindless cold calling....

Pros: The facilities are nice with great amenities (gym, outdoor lounge, parking garage, in-building deli) and paychecks come on time.
Cons: The pay here is considerably low and quota achievement is laughable - less than 10% of reps achieve 75% of quota.
