Pros: Shooting Videos and editing lot of Videos and creating my own style.
Cons: Sometimes I have to do the same job again and again.

Pros: I like the kind of trust the company gives you, I like how great it is to work as a team and come up with a project you all made togheter.
The work is flexible the office condition is awesome, free candy, fruit cofee even beer sometimes.
Cons: Underpaid, Lots of overtime, unpaid overtime (banked hour)
The fact that you must assume a failure if it happen.
