Multi-Media Artist or Animator in Rochester:
Not always the most creative work and projects. Employees have to wear many hats (any position) and often adopt the role of a project manager in addition to their roles and responsibilities. Compensation is below average (again the many hats). You're often expected to do roles and responsibilities you're not getting paid for. Negotiate an above average salary if possible because raises are VERY modest. Benefits are great! The company also helps pay for continued education. You will owe them time but it's a great way to make up for the lower wages. The culture and people are great. Hard-working. Not pretentious.
