Pros: Colleagues are extremely friendly, easy to work with, very knowledgeable. The work is very interesting and some of it is on the cutting edge of technology. I am generally appreciated by my immediate peers and manager.
Cons: The lack of investment in people and training Upper management refuse to acknowledge issue with retention and pay. Lack of drive to spend money to improve business processes, tools and products.
