Pros: The flexible schedule, the casual dress code and freedom to explore cutting edge technologies. The potential to make money and the excitement that comes from that. The location and the people are great. The direction the company is headed is great.
Cons: The pay is very low compared to the job market. I have tons of responsibilities and end up working lots of hours. Stress level is high as I am expected to answer to many critical issues. Very fast pace with very little to no downtime.

Amazing mentally stimulating work, never bored
Mobile Applications Developer:
Pros: I love that I work in objective-C, people at this company are amazing. With a few manageable expectations, I can basically be a coding cowboy and make any improvements I want.
Cons: Because it is a niche part of the company I work for, there is little in terms of help or shifting the blame, but if as I am passionate about my work, this isn't such a problem, because the freedom mentioned in the pros totally outweighs that.
