Pros: I really enjoy the people I work with, and developing product
Cons: The VPs have no visibility to what we do on a daily basis and consistently question how much is done in a day. Paid Sick leave and Paid Holiday leave are put together. No work from home opportunities. Technology is outdated, with no signs of improvement. No clear cut plan for growth.
