Cons: All data is kept at Senior Leadership level and is disseminated sporadically. I'd like to know what corporate objectives are so I can best contribute to achieve them. I feel my experience is not valued and I feel leadership is misogynistic

Evo is a small company that has growth potential, but the leadership is lacking. People first is a core value, but they lack people developement. There is no career path. It is very male dominated and is very much a bro code culture. Work life balance is good, pay is very low, and benefits are ok.
