Pros: My team is extraordinary to work with on a consistent level. We work as a solid unit helping everyone to ensure the job gets done. They are constantly looking for ways to help you feel satisfied with your position or how to get you into the position you want.
Cons: The company as a whole has a lot of room for growth. The company offers no PTO the accumulated sick time (mandatory for WA employers) is the only time off you receive. The company has poor care for the retail customer facing members. They pay them minimum wage and only offer part time work while the company racks in huge profits from their hard work.
