Not the best not the worst.
Mental Health Technician in Dallas:
Pros: Newer hospital
Cons: No possibility for advancement. High turnover for unit manager level and above makes it difficult to get a valid annual merit evaluation which causes great employees to resign. on and on the cycle goes. No recognition for exceptional work
