Pros: I enjoy working at home in my own office space. It affords me the opportunity to be in my persona environment, focus on work, and be more effective. In office work is distracting and stressful.
Cons: I haven't found a downside of working from home yet. I am constantly on zoom or team meet calls throughout the day. So, I get consistent interaction with others.
