Medical Technologist in Everett:
Left due their alleged "salary survey" where I got 0% raise. Other people got raises over $6/hr for market adjustment. Wtf? Not performance based. TEC needs to figure out who they want to be when they grow up.

February 2019
Medical Technologist:
Good pay and benefits, great coworkers. Forced overtime with zero comp time. Working over 2 weeks consecutively without a day off is common, often far more. I haven't gotten off "on time" in a year, long hours demanded. The lack of work-life balance is only for hourly staff. Salaried staff lives the high life, never more than 40 hours a week, often less. Leadership is weak and knee jerk, reversing their edicts a will. Local pool of employees is not existent due to the reputation of hourly staff at this company. If you are a salaried candidate, go for it. Hourly candidates should think long and hard before committing to this company.

Stuck in past behind the restDriven byCEOcaresfor his pers.benefit rather than supporting staff or doing the best healthcare possible.
Medical Technologist in East Providence:
Pros: My fellow coworkers that are in the battle trenches with me.
Cons: Upper management and management is all afraid of upper management...no one can ever blame the system or current structure or present a new idea to improve that structure
