Cons: working through the whole pandemic 2020-current
February 2020
Las Vegas Has a high turn over rate and due to the number of people coming to Las Vegas , employers do not focus on retaining employees nor encouraging growth or advancement with competative pay, dmonstrated in other cities.
Medical Records Specialist in Las Vegas:
Pros: The weather.
Cons: The lack of culture, the disparity in opportunities in employment. Las Vegas is primarilly a town geared toward the use of women in every aspect, such as the culture in Casino Resorts, Medical Offices management and lucrative tipping positions. Men are limitted in employment as most employers seek out aesthetics rather than actual performance. Especially Casino Resorts. Unles you are a dealer, most men make half of what women make. Everything here is basd on vanity.
