I wished I had known the responsability I had to deal with.

Before taking that step I would say to take as many courses related to Medical Records no matter how simple it seems there is always some to learn. Share that knowledge with your team. It has work to me and the staff. I think a Medical records Coordinator is a working Supervisor, somebody who knows, delegate, learn and work with the staff. It create a trustfully environment and a good team work.
