Great Boss, if you do your job we do not even see the boss but maybe once a week. Perks are very good plus the best benefits I've ever had. Health care cost has not increased in three years with very very minor adjustments for out of pocket expenses.

Learn all you can in various types of chart types (inpatient, outpatient, ER's, cancer, reoccurring accounts, etc.). It will help you broaden your knowledge and be invaluable to your protential growth in the HIM field!!
