Office Politics.
Medical Practice Manager:
Listen and take time before answering questions when possible. Never be pressured into giving an answer before you are comfortable with giving an answer. Learn to quickly recognize specific differences between the equity partners and how they each want the office ran. Keep all partners equally informed at all times. Set boundaries on your time and stick to them. There will always be work to do but you must limit how much of yourself you are going to give to your employer. Get professional certification at the first opportunity and obtain ongoing education on a regular basis, attend conferences and seminars.
