Cons: Management and doctors will criticized you more than telling you on a job well done. Too much gossip and can’t trust anyone. I’ll get Reprimanded for being 3 minutes late but never a thanks for staying late to help a patient. Got a raise 2 years ago for .55. The one before that was over 10 years ago. Low yearly bonus.
