March 2015
Finger on the Pulse.
Medical Coder:
Pros: The fact that we place everything in its right spot, and must always keep a decent understanding as to where everything is located and why it is located where and how it is keeps the office orderly and up to speed with clients, customers, etcetera.
Cons: The office needs a better IT specialist, with the right certificates of course. We need one who we can be employed at least part-time to get the server and electronics working up to par. I am working on my medical IT certificate in July, thus I can not give too much technical advise from myself to my employer for now.
January 2015
A little intense.
Medical Coder:
Pros: Knowledge about healthcare, insurance and changes in the health industry.

Cons: The pay.
May 2014
Very busy.
Medical Coder:
Pros: The challenge.
Cons: Fighting with insurance companies on denials.
