I was with them for 15 years and in the last 5 years the upper Mgt staff have really managed to make it an unpleasant place to work more work load and no pay raises to compensate all the additional work. As a. Saw manager you also expected to do sales and marketing with your injured workers employer even though there is a sales and marketing team in place making way more money than the case manager.

Medical Case Manager in Gloucester:
Pros: As a Medical Case Manager you have the opportunity to know your clients better than anyone else on the care team. You get to educate them and assist them with obtaining the resources and benefits that get or keep them healthy. It is truly rewarding when you are good enough at your job that they don't need you any more.
Cons: Clients come to you with all of their problems and sometimes there are just no resources to help. Homelessness is a tough issue to face as there is not always a resource to tap into and it is hard to get a job with no home.
