Trying to keep up.
Medical Billing/Coding Specialist in Wilmington:
Pros: The distance I have to drive between my work, the store, and my apartment is minimal. Although some people have to travel 45 minutes just to get 10 miles. So I guess I'm lucky in that regard.
Cons: The cost of living here is increasing far more than the wages are increasing. It's hard to even find a one bedroom apartment on a single income.

You work for Pennie’s, for the amount of work they give you. Pay is not equal and right here! Bad place to work for! The supervisors are not educated. Benefits are good and that’s about it! The culture is decent. Work load is unrealistic!
