Don't let the stress and negativity of everyday life get you down. Know that you are there to help people and everyday/ every hour is a new opportunity to put the best you forward. Sometimes you will get yelled at by unhappy patients, but as long as you have done the best that you can do, know that you have done a good job. Don't let negative comments ruin another patient's experience in your office.

Cons: The crime and poverty levels are at an all time and there's never anything to do besides work.
