Cons: The traffic through the core is awful between 7am and 6pm.

Innovative, Challenging: Complete Application Of All Resources.
Mechanical Engineering Manager:
Pros: New tasks and problems every day. Freedom to apply on field. Mentoring the work force and down line managers and supervisors- keeps us always busy and complete dependability on us for plant operating reliability.
Cons: No proper organized work style due to other problems of plant operation than our department function. No relative scaling for age, experience, education, cost saving or innovative initiatives carried out other than small gifts and certificate. No recognition of extra activities like participation in others portfolio as supporting. Training and development is not distributed and limited to selected persons only.
