Pros: 1) Freedom to enter into new fields, not even related to mechanical, but related to Aluminum Die Casting.
2)Endless scope for market and research ability and vastness of the stream.
3) Able guidance of the seniors to reduce mistakes and increase achievement ability.
4) Interaction with different persons and to learn many different forms of knowledge from them.
5) Ability to improve my convincing ability.
Cons: 1) Constant travelling.
2) low payment
3) no set targets so all work done is just never enough.

Mechanical Engineer:
Pros: Projects are exciting, sometimes fast paced and often the forefront of technology. My company is flexible with rolling start times (you can arrive anytime between 7.30am and 9am and you leave 8 hours later) and early finish on Friday. The people are nice.
