Ready, Fire, Aim.
Mechanical Engineer in Orlando:
Pros: There are some good people here who do amazing and inspirational things, but complacency with the low performer and having to clean up and cover for the low performing individual can really wear you out.
Cons: Low performance in job tasks is tolerated or not addressed in a timely manner. Government individuals are sometimes placed in positions where they are trying to lead and gave no idea where they are going. Safety is sometimes overlooked and ignored. The concept that no one got hurt because we are lucky is the mantra. Contractor who point out a better way regarding risk reduction are over ruled.
