Pros: Every engineer at Airtech is treated as their own unit, and is responsible for completing all of the tasks related to their department and projects. Each engineer handles their own inventory, purchasing, and production schedule, while cooperating with the rest of the company for shared recourses and equipment.
Cons: The management has a hard time spending money when it comes to personnel. Employees are underpaid, and receive little training. The company has little problem buying the best capital equipment or making purchases, but employee compensation is low on their list.
