Simple and Slow.
Mechanical Design Engineer in Prescott:
Pros: I am a slow moving guy and I feel that working in Prescott reflects that. I feel comfortable learning my trade and don't feel like I am ever under any kind of pressure to do more than what I am capable of.
Cons: Prescott isn't always the best place to live for a young person like me. Where they might be some cool opportunities in work, there may not always be the same opportunities socially.

Pros: Hours are pretty lenient as far as arrival and departure time when you're salaried, which makes for a good work-life balance.
Cons: It is very difficult to climb in your career path. It's a squeaky wheel gets the grease situation to even have a chance. High achievers are not rewarded, and blatant underachievers are never held accountable; so it is difficult to find motivation for trying hard.
