Pros: The location is beautiful. Lots of activities. Lots of options for doctors, dentists, services.
Cons: Commute depending on distance, cost of living/housing is high

It's a great experience. I work with many good people and feel very comfortable telling people about the great work we do and the great environment I work in. Benefits are commensurate, compensation could grow faster, but is ahead of inflation.

Pros: The change of seasons brings about the anticipation of different outdoor activities (i.e. nordic skiing, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, etc.)
Cons: The nights in winter can be long and cold. Even though I like the outdoors, sometimes it is annoying to have to put on several layers of clothing to be comfortable going outside.
