Pros: They gave me lot of pressure to close the sales and they thought me a lesson what is sales all about.
Cons: My first job with no offer letter and no reliving letter.
There is no HR standards.
They treat sales persons as slaves.

Difficult.

Pros: You can meet people, visit new places.
Cons: Marketing is one most difficult job in any industries, finding customers, convincing them your products, meeting their requirement and their demand in good quality with low prices all the time. Competing with other competitors with similar products, fighting the middle man, it is a very challenging work. Stressful because all depends on you for the profit and at the end of the day hard work of Marketing pays the salaries to all.

Doing What I Love.
Marketing Executive:
Pros: I like being able to represent the company in yearly marketing meeting in our headquarters. In a way, I like being a one-man team. My bosses trust me and believes in me.
Cons: My boss is sometimes moody and scary. The travel is quite long. I don't see being promoted soon because company is small.
