No benefits, long hours, no resources, bad management, lack of leadership and huge turnover in the marketing team (100% in 2 years). Unfortunately, the fun projects and the great sales team don't make up for all of this.

It is a title with many hats and lots of responsibilities.

Pros: That I can come and go and my general managers know my work will be completed. I love that I do have a lot of responsibilities and a lot of different job duties.
Cons: That I do have many different responsibilities and do not get paid for all the different skill sets I bring to the team.
