Marketing Director Reviews
What is it like working as a Marketing Director?
September 2019
Great team environment, slow and complicated org.
Marketing Director in Seattle:
Pros: I love my team and manager. I have the ability to make efficiencies and improvements that increase their job satisfaction which keeps me coming back every day.
Cons: Efficiencies and improvements rarely extend beyond the limited scope of my team. Most require other departments and C-level which are siloed or they have they're own culture of communication. This makes any changes glacially slow. It's hard to maintain momentum on anything that moves the revenue dial in such an environment.
