Corporate Culture.
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: I really enjoy the people I work with on a daily basis at the office as well as communicating directly with our clients/brokers. It's great to have a job that changes day-to-day and one in which I am constantly learnign new things.
Cons: Work load.

Stressful, Unpredictable and Poor Planning.
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: I love being able to be a part of video productions and photoshoots. I love using my creative side to help build wardrobes and concepts for various content projects. I love the people I work with and the support I receive from most. Being able to attend shoots is exciting and rewarding.
Cons: The politics of the corporate office always manage to take brilliant ideas (whether mine, my bosses or my peers) and water them down to lackluster creations. There is terrible communication and planning in the company and our departments are constantly at battle with one another. When there are so many different last minute campaigns being launched and many blockades in the way of me completing the job, it makes it difficult for me to enjoy working there.
