Pros: Not only does THIRA have a great mission, it has an amazing community of professionals who are always willing to work together and lift one another up. This female owned and run company inspires those who work for it to work to positively impact the community, and reach higher to make a difference.
Cons: As a smaller company, raises and promotions are not necessarily easily attained because often times the company has to grow before opportunities are available.
