Cons: No proper training given, allows more room for error. Sometimes we work in the dark, blindly running, can be dangerous and timelines are often ambiguous.

Cons: The lack of training, you're thrown in expected to run blindly. The timelines and deadlines set internally, and sometimes our overly strategic approach that stifles creativity.
